I have been hard at work building my new web site, www.360dwellings.com and I am proud to finally officially launch what I think is Denver’s finest Real Estate web site for finding properties.

Here are some features of the web site that are very unique in Denver.

Registration is simple and only takes a few seconds. Here is my recommendation to anyone that currently owns a home…  Register and create a saved search with the neighborhood in which you live (just zoom in on the map).  Any time there is a listing within your neighborhood, you will receive and email.  This is the best indicator of what home prices are doing in your immediate area and this has a huge impact on the value of your home.  This is what appraisers do when they are determining the value of your home, they look at 5 properties nearby that closely resemble yours.  Be informed, your home is likely the largest asset in your portfolio and you need to know what houses are selling for in your neighborhood.

And if you don’t currently own a home but would like to someday, register and create a search with the neighborhoods that interest you.  This way you can keep track of new listings in your desired area, and who knows, maybe your dream house will end up in your inbox and you will have first crack at it!  You will get all sorts of great information and articles sent to your inbox, so when you are ready to purchase Real Estate you will be well informed.
